Tennis elbow is caused by a strain to tendons in the forearm. The tendon become inflamed where they join the bony part on the outside of your elbow joint. 

Despite its name, most cases of tennis elbow occur in people who don’t play tennis. People whose jobs feature the types of motions that can lead to tennis elbow include plumbers, painters, carpenters and butchers.

Moms are the heart of the home. The centre of the community. Moms deserve to be celebrated. Today is the International Mother’s day. It is a celebration of honoring the mother in the family, to strengthen the bonds of our motherhood and the influence of mothers in our society. Mother’s Day is celebrated in more than 46 countries throughout the world. But in India along with few other countries this day is celebrated in second Sunday of May.

Mothers are the homemaker who led a noblest and greatest work that a woman can do. Without the help of mother in our childhood days we can not stay as what we are today , so we all must respect and love our mother.

The very unhappy truth is that to cope up and struggle with our regular fast lifestyle we often forget to take care of our mother and they become lonely. This loneliness activity makes them emotionally weak and sad. Therefore their harmony of body and mind gets altered.

In order to bring them back and to overcome this situation we have to come forward together and make sure that we arrange something as per the everyday needs of our mothers. Studies proved that by doing regular activities like yoga and physiotherapy makes a person always healthy and fit.

Research found that yoga helps to reduce essential hypertension and anxiety during pregnancy, weight management , osteoporosis and back pain , the improvement of core stability and balance, and effect on diabetes patients to control their disease like so many aspects.

In a recent study published by the US National Library of Medicine. It was revealed that integrated approach of yoga therapy (IAYT) had shown beneficial effects in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM).  

Assessments were made on day 1 (before yoga) and day 7 (after 1-week of yoga practice). It is found that there was a significant reduction in fasting plasma glucose from 154.67–130.27 mg/dL

So the study proved that yoga really helps to fight against diabetes.

In another research where it is found that of people diagnosed with paroxysmal arterial fibrillation suggests yoga can help reduce not only the stress associated with the condition, but also patients’ high blood pressure and heart rate.

In fact, participants who practiced yoga for a 12-week period measured “significantly lower”on heart rate and blood pressure compared to participants who did not.
